Refine the way you frame what matters, build alignment across competing priorities, move people to action, then chart your path forward

What is the Corvian Leadership Accelerator?
A two-day, in-person leadership development experience focused on practice, not concepts. Work through real scenarios, get live feedback, and leave with tools you can apply immediately. Participants are responsible for their own travel, transfers, and incidentals.
What topics are covered?
The program is built around four core leadership competencies. Leading authentic self explores your triggers, your defaults under pressure, and the gap between your intentions and your impact. Leading team culture addresses how to build psychological safety where candor, challenge, and accountability coexist without avoidance or harm. Leading people for impact redesigns how you run your team’s operating rhythm, starting with meetings that drive decisions and build relationships. Leading with influence focuses on using narrative to shape meaning, build alignment, and move people without relying on positional authority. Throughout both days, expect experiential exercises, real-time coaching, peer consultation, and honest feedback.
Who is this for?
The Accelerator is designed for mid-level to senior people leaders, including business unit leaders, country heads, category leads, and senior functional leaders of small to large organizations. It is also well-suited for high-potential leaders preparing for senior leadership. Leaders represent a broad range of industries. You do not need a specific title. You need a genuine desire to grow and want to sharpen your edge.

Logistics
60 or more days before the event: full refund. 41–59 days: 50% refund. 40 days or fewer: transfer to a future cohort only.
The Corvian Leadership Accelerator is hosted at the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, located at 200 International Drive. The event takes place in a private meeting space within the hotel. Day one: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus VIP dinner at 6:30 PM (The Full Experience and The Transformation). Day two: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Business casual. Comfortable enough to move as we will do some experiential exercises; and professional enough to feel like you are investing in yourself.
The Leadership Circle Profile is a comprehensive 360-degree assessment that measures both your creative leadership competencies and your reactive tendencies. It provides a detailed picture of how your leadership is perceived by those around you. Transformation tier leaders receive the full assessment plus a dedicated 90-minute debrief call with Ashley, a $975 value included in the tier.
By registering, you agree to our Event Terms and Conditions, which cover cancellation policy, confidentiality, photography, and other standard provisions. You will review and accept these during checkout.
Travel and Lodging
All participants are responsible for their own travel, transfers, and incidentals. Foundation and Full Experience leaders are responsible for their own travel and lodging. We have secured a discounted room block at the Four Seasons Baltimore, booking details are provided upon registration, and we encourage you to stay on-site. Transformation leaders receive a two-night stay at the Four Seasons included in their registration. We handle the booking directly.
You are not required to stay at the Four Seasons Baltimore, but we strongly encourage it. Staying on-site means you are steps from the meeting room and you will have more time to connect with fellow participants over breakfast and in the evenings. Many of the most valuable conversations happen outside the formal sessions.
The Transformation: Yes. Your two-night stay at the Four Seasons Baltimore is included and has been booked on your behalf. You will receive confirmation directly from us.
The Foundation and The Full Experience: Accommodations are not included, but we have secured a discounted group rate at the Four Seasons Baltimore. The room block is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Use the group booking link provided above or in your registration confirmation email. Rooms are available at a discounted rate through August 7, 2026. After that date, rooms may still be available at the standard hotel rate, but the group discount will no longer apply. We recommend booking early, as the block is limited.
Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) is approximately 15 minutes from the venue and is the most convenient option. Reagan National (DCA) and Dulles International (IAD) are also accessible but require a longer drive.
Yes. Baltimore Penn Station is served by Amtrak’s Acela and Northeast Regional lines with direct service from Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, New York, and Boston. The station is approximately 10 minutes from the venue by rideshare. For participants traveling along the Northeast Corridor, this may be a convenient option.
Valet parking is available at the Four Seasons. Self-parking is available at the nearby Harbor East Garage, a short walk from the hotel.
Day 1 registration and breakfast begin at 8:30 AM. The session runs until 5:00 PM, followed by the VIP dinner at 6:30 PM for Full Experience and Transformation participants. Day 2 runs from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
We recommend arriving the evening before Day 1 so you can settle in and start the morning rested. If you are staying at the Four Seasons, check-in is at 3:00 PM. Departure on Day 2 is flexible after the 4:00 PM close.
